How much notice do you need to schedule an appointment?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day appointments may be available depending on scheduling.

Can I schedule for someone else, such as a child or elderly parent?

Absolutely. We offer pediatric and geriatric testing and can accommodate appointments for family members. Please indicate this when booking so we can prepare appropriately.

A mileage fee may apply based on your distance from our service area. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

The Blood Draw Experience

What should I do to prepare for my blood draw?

Preparation depends on the tests ordered. Some tests require fasting for 8–12 hours beforehand, while others do not. We will provide specific preparation instructions when you book your appointment.

How long does the appointment take?

Most blood draws take 15–30 minutes. The actual collection typically takes just a few minutes — the rest of the time is for setup, verification, and proper sample handling.

Is the blood draw painful?

Our certified phlebotomists are highly trained to make the experience as quick and comfortable as possible. Most clients experience only minimal discomfort.

What do I need to have ready for my appointment?

Please have a valid photo ID, your order confirmation, and any physician orders (if applicable) ready. Ensure you have a comfortable, well-lit space available for the draw.

Results & Follow-Up

How long does it take to get my results?

Turnaround times vary by test, but most standard results are available within 24–72 hours. Specialty tests may take longer. We will notify you as soon as your results are ready.

How will I receive my results?

Results are delivered securely and confidentially. We will provide instructions on how to access your results at the time of your appointment.
