Refund policy
At Dakota Diagnostics, we understand that schedules change. Please review our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled at no charge, or refunded minus a $15 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. To reschedule, contact us at appointments@dakotadiagnostics.com or (866) 332-5682.
Service Delivery Our services are performed at your location or in our office at 226 S Marion Ave Lake City FL 32025. If our team is unable to complete a service due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., unsafe location conditions), you will receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule.
Results & Reports Fees cover the collection and processing of your service. Refunds are not available once a specimen has been collected or a service has been rendered.
