Get professional blood draw services at your home, office, or preferred location — performed by certified phlebotomists. Ideal for patients with mobility limitations, busy schedules, or those who prefer privacy. We serve adults, seniors, pediatric patients, and offer after-hours and stat (urgent) appointments.

Service Area

We provide mobile blood draws throughout Columbia County, Florida, and surrounding counties, within a maximum service radius of 100 miles from our office.

Booking and Payment

Choose your appointment time online and complete payment. Payment is required before your appointment is confirmed.

Lab Orders and Results

If you have a lab order, you can upload it online. If you don’t have an order, we can help arrange the lab testing you’d like. Results are sent to your doctor or made available to you through a secure portal.

Travel Fees

There is no travel fee within 10 miles of our office. Beyond 10 miles, travel fees are charged in fixed distance bands, not by exact mileage. These fees are in addition to your blood draw service price.

• Up to 10 miles: no travel fee
• Over 10 miles, up to 20 miles: $7.60
• Over 20 miles, up to 30 miles: $15.20
• Over 30 miles, up to 40 miles: $22.80
• Over 40 miles, up to 50 miles: $30.40
• Over 50 miles, up to 60 miles: $38.00
• Over 60 miles, up to 70 miles: $45.60
• Over 70 miles, up to 80 miles: $53.20
• Over 80 miles, up to 90 miles: $60.80
• Over 90 miles, up to 100 miles: $68.40

Select local delivery at checkout for a mobile visit. The applicable travel fee is shown at checkout based on your address. Mobile visits beyond our 100-mile service radius are not available through local delivery.
